WASHINGTON, Oct. 29 -- Sen. Deb Fischer, R-Nebraska, issued the following news release:

At a Senate Commerce Committee hearing today, U.S. Senator Deb Fischer (R-Neb.) expressed sympathy for the victims of the two crashes of Boeing's 737 MAX planes and pushed Boeing CEO Dennis Muilenburg on communications and certification issues that may have played a role in those crashes.
