DECATUR, Georgia, Oct. 28 -- Rep. Henry C. 'Hank' Johnson Jr., D-Georgia, a member of the Senior Judiciary Committee and chairman of the Subcommittee on Courts, Intellectual Property and the Internet, issued the following news statement on the death of ex-Rep. John Conyers Jr., D-Michigan:
