MANCHESTER, New Hampshire, Oct. 27 -- Rep. Chris Pappas, D-New Hampshire, issued the following statement after the announcement by President Trump that ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi has been killed by U.S. forces:
"The United States and the world are safer now that Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is dead.
"I am grateful for the dedicated work of our military and intelligence personnel who took out this terrorist leader.
"Thankfully, none were harme . . .
