WASHINGTON, Oct. 27 -- Sen. Jeanne Shaheen, D-New Hampshire, a member of the Senate Foreign Relations and Armed Services committees, issued the following statement after President Trump announced ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi was killed in a raid carried out by U.S. forces:
