PINEVILLE, Louisiana, Oct. 28 -- Cleco, a regulated utility company, issued the following news release:
Cleco has restored power to over 26,000 of the 28,000 customers who experienced outages after Tropical Storm Olga moved across Cleco's service territory in St. Tammany and Washington parishes early Saturday morning.
