PINEVILLE, Louisiana, Oct. 27 -- Cleco, a regulated utility company, issued the following news release:
Following yesterday's storms in St. Tammany and Washington parishes, Cleco has restored power to 18,390 of the 28,000 customers who experienced power outages.
