PINEVILLE, Louisiana, Oct. 27 -- Cleco, a regulated utility company, issued the following news release:
The remnants of Tropical Storm Olga moved through St. Tammany Parish this morning damaging parts of Cleco's system and leaving 28,000 customers without power.
"Cleco crews are assessing damage, and initial reports indicate damage to substations, broken poles and downed wire," said James Lass, general manager of distribution operations and emergency mana . . .
