PHOENIX, Arizona, Oct. 24 -- The Arizona Democratic Party issued the following news release:
Today, unelected U.S. Sen. Martha McSally was a deciding vote in the 50-41 confirmation of Justin Walker to be a federal judge -- guaranteeing a lifetime judicial appointment to a well-documented opponent of existing federal health care coverage protections, which he has suggested are unconstitutional. In addition to his anti-health care views, Walker has been rated "not qualified" . . .
