SALEM, Oregon, Oct. 24 -- Gov. Kate Brown, D-Oregon, issued the following news release:
Today, Governor Kate Brown convened a Behavioral Health Advisory Council formed by Executive Order 19-06 . The council will make recommendations to the Governor and the Legislature with a focus on care for adolescents and adults with serious mental illnesses, including those with co-occurring substance use disorders.
