BATON ROUGE, Louisiana, Oct. 22 -- Gov. John Bel Edwards, D-Louisiana, issued the following news:

Gov. John Bel Edwards today announced that 100 percent of K-12 students in Louisiana now have access to high-speed broadband on par with the Federal Communications Commission's minimum bandwidth goal of 100 kbps per student, which ensures expanded opportunities for teaching and learning in Louisiana's classrooms.
