University of West Florida Professor Explores Use of 'Do Not Resuscitate' Tattoos

PENSACOLA, Florida, Oct. 21 -- The University of West Florida, a component of public state university system in Florida, issued the following news release:

A growing number of Americans are turning to tattoos to inform medical personnel of their desire to not be resuscitated.
