JOHNSON CITY, Tennessee, Oct. 21 -- East Tennessee State University issued the following news:
Dr. Dawn Rowe, an associate professor in the Clemmer College at East Tennessee State University, has been named editor of "TEACHING Exceptional Children," a top-tier, peer-review journal produced by the Council for Exceptional Children, which has over 30,000 members.
Rowe was chosen as editor following an extensive application and interview process. She joined the ET . . .
