WASHINGTON, Oct. 21 -- The U.S. Department of State issued the following news release:

Assistant Secretary of State for Consular Affairs Carl Risch will travel October 22-25 to Charleston, South Carolina, Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and Miami, Florida.

In Charleston and Miami he will review U.S. passport facility operations.
