WASHINGTON, Oct. 18 -- Reps. Francis Rooney, R-Florida, and Albio Sires, D-New Jersey, issued the following statement urging the Bolivian government to respect the will of the people and ensure that the elections in Bolivia on Oct. 20 are free, fair and transparent:
