WASHINGTON, Oct. 16 -- Rep. Andre Carson, D-Indiana, issued the following news release:
Today, the House of Representatives unanimously passed Rep. Andre Carson's legislation to rename the post office located at 456 North Meridian Street in Indianapolis after Indiana Senator Richard Lugar, who passed away earlier this year. Every member of Indiana's congressional delegation sponsored this bipartisan bill.
A native Hoosier, Richard Lugar served as the mayor of Indianapol . . .
