LANSING, Michigan, Oct. 17 -- The Michigan Democratic Party issued the following news release:
Failed Senate candidate John James' 2000% support for President Trump is being put to the test as the ultra-conservative group Club for Growth is now running ads attacking James' newest fundraising ally, Utah Sen. Mitt Romney, for his criticism of Trump. James is set to attend a fundraiser hosted by Romney in New York City for Republican candidates who "need daylight from Trump." . . .
