ST. PETERSBURG, Florida, Oct. 17 -- Rep. Charlie Crist, D-Florida, issued the following news release:

U.S. Representative Charlie Crist (D-FL) announced a $3.9 million grant to Pinellas County from the Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
