WASHINGTON, Oct. 16 -- Rep. Charlie Crist, D-Florida, issued the following statement on the passage of his bipartisan bill the Veteran Treatment Court Coordination Act (H.R. 886) co-led by Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-New York:
