WASHINGTON, Oct. 16 -- Rep. Daniel Kildee, D-Michigan, chief deputy whip of the House Democratic Caucus, issued the following statement after the House passed a resolution opposing the President Trump's decision to abandon U.S. Kurdish allies in northeastern Syria by a 354-60 vote:
