WASHINGTON, Oct. 14 -- Sen. Rick Scott, R-Florida, issued the following statement after China requested another round of trade talks with the U.S.:
"While it's positive the United States is working towards a deal that would require Communist China to buy more U.S. agriculture products, let's remember - Communist China never lives up to the bargain.
