WASHINGTON, Oct. 15 -- Sen. Jeanne Shaheen, D-New Hampshire, a senior member of the Senate Foreign Relations and Armed Services committees, issued the following statement regarding President Trump's invitation to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to visit Washington on Nov. 13:
