WASHINGTON, Oct. 11 -- Sen. Ben Sasse, R-Nebraska, issued the following statement on what he calls an unconstitutional attack by ex-Rep. Beto O'Rourke, D-Texas, on churches, synagogues and mosques that do not perform same-sex marriages.
