LANSING, Michigan, Oct. 11 -- Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel issued the following news release:
Saying that the "court's opinion does not preserve a status quo but rather shatters it," the Michigan Department of Attorney General filed an emergency motion for stay pending appeal in what is commonly referred to as the "same-sex adoption case."
