Oregon Gov. Brown Commends Court for Injunction on New Federal Public Charge Rule

SALEM, Oregon, Oct. 11 -- Gov. Kate Brown, D-Oregon, issued the following news release:

Today, Governor Brown thanked the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California for issuing an immediate injunction to temporarily prevent the federal "Public Charge Rule" from taking effect on October 15.
