WASHINGTON, Oct. 9 -- Rep. Fred Upton, R-Michigan, issued the following statement after President Trump signed the Christa McAuliffe Commemorative Coin Act (S. 239), sponsored by Sen. Jeanne Shaheen, D-New Hampshire:
