NASHVILLE, Tenn., Sept. 27 -- Tennessee Attorney General Herbert Slatery III issued the following news:
Nashville- Effective Monday, September 30th, the Tennessee Division of Consumer Affairs (DCA) will transfer from the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance (TDCI) to the Office of the Attorney General (AG).
