PROVIDENCE, Rhode Island, Sept. 25 -- Gov. Gina Raimondo, D-Rhode Island, issued the following news release:
Governor Gina M. Raimondo is directing Rhode Island flags at all state agencies and buildings to be flown at half-staff on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 in memory of former Rhode Island Superior Court Justice John Orton III.
The flags will remain at half-staff until sunset on Thursday, September 26, 2019, the date of his internment.
