WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 -- Rep. Paul Mitchell, R-Michigan, issued the following statement after voting in favor of H. Res. 576, which passed the House without opposition:
"Our actions here in Congress should be based on a full evaluation of facts, not hearsay, media reporting, or incomplete information.
