CONCORD, New Hampshire, Sept. 25 -- The New Hampshire State Senate issued the following news release:
Today, the New Hampshire Senate passed HB 3 and HB 4, a compromise on the state budget, which included funding to fix the Portsmouth Commercial Fish Pier on Pierce Island, which failed this summer.
