WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 -- Rep. Fred Upton, R-Michigan, issued the following statement after the Center for Disease Control and Prevention announced that $1 million will be provided to the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services to look at the relationship by PFAS exposure and certain health outcomes in Parchment and Cooper Township, Michigan:
