LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas, Sept. 24 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers issued the following news release:
SAILING INSTRUCTIONS - MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
POOLS 7 AND 10
MCCLELLAN-KERR ARKANSAS RIVER NAVIGATION SYSTEM
Due to shoaling and until further notice, both upbound and downbound mariners are advised to use caution through the following areas. No passing is advised while transiting through these locations.
