MANCHESTER, New Hampshire, Sept. 20 -- Rep. Chris Pappas, D-New Hampshire, a member of the House Committee on Veterans' Affairs and chair of the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations, issued the following statement on the departure of Al Montoya Jr. as director of the Manchester VA Medical Center:
"Since his appointment as Medical Center Director in Manchester, I have gotten to know Al well and have enjoyed a close working relationship to support New Hampshire veter . . .
