HONOLULU, Hawaii, Sept. 20 -- Hawaii Attorney General Clare E. Connors issued the following news release:
Hawaii Attorney General Clare E. Connors today joined a coalition of 24 attorneys general, the cities of Los Angeles and New York, and the California Air Resources Board, in filing a lawsuit against the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).
