WASHINGTON, Sept. 19 -- Rep. Fred Upton, R-Michigan, issued the following statement after the House passed the Christa McAuliffe Commemorative Coin Act (S. 239), sponsored by Sen. Jeanne Shaheen, D-New Hampshire:
