NEW YORK, Sept. 19 -- Skanska, a construction and development company, issued the following news release:
Skanska has signed a contract with Six South Partners, an affiliate of Charleston, to build a residential apartment building in Nashville, Tennessee. The contract is worth $74 million, which will be included in the US order bookings for the third quarter 2019.
