DETROIT, Michigan, Sept. 16 -- The House Oversight and Reform subcommittee on Environment issued the following testimony by Flint Rising Director Nayyirah Shariff at a field hearing entitled "Environmental Injustice: Exploring Inequities in Air and Water Quality in Michigan":
