WASHINGTON, Sept. 16 -- Rep. Jim Banks, R-Indiana, issued the following news release:
Congressman Jim Banks (IN-03) announced today he supports a full federal investigation into the discovery of more than 2,200 fetal remains found in the late Dr. Klopfer's home in Illinois. Seeing as Klopfer practiced in Indiana, these remains would have crossed state lines.
As such, a federal investigation is appropriate.
