U.S. Senators Bob Menendez and Cory Booker today announced the expansion of the Liberty Mid-Atlantic High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas (HIDTA) program to include Gloucester County, which has experienced a sharp rise in both heroin and opioid use and trafficking.
