MIAMI, Florida, Sept. 13 -- Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Florida, issued the following statement regarding the nomination of Florida Supreme Court Justices Barbara Lagoa and Robert Luck to serve on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit:
