Governor Andrew M. Cuomo today announced the completion of a $16 million project to renovate Tower Three at SUNY Buffalo State College. This project is part of roughly $73 million in capital renovation projects the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York is completing on SUNY campuses statewide.
