MANILA, Philippines, Sept. 12 -- The U.S. Embassy in the Philippines issued the following news release:
USAID Mission Director Lawrence Hardy II leads the signing of the pledge of commitment during the launch of USAID's new education project, Gabay. Together with the Department of Education and Resources of the Blind, USAID will work to give visually and hearing impaired children, including those who are deaf, blind and deaf-blind, access to quality education.
