WASHINGTON, Sept. 9 -- Reps. Greg Walden, R-Oregon, ranking Republican member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, and Fred Upton, R-Michigan, ranking Republican member of the Subcommittee on Energy, issued the following joint statement on House passage of four bipartisan energy bills:
