WASHINGTON, Sept. 11 -- Rep. Frank Pallone Jr., D-New Jersey, chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following statement on the Food and Drug Administration's announcement that it would soon act to remove flavored vaping products from the market:
"FDA's announcement that it will ban flavored vaping products is long overdue and I hope it's implemented swiftly in order to begin to reverse the sharp increase in youth nicotine addiction, including the 78 pe . . .
