U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH), a senior member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, sent a letter to Senate and House Armed Services Committee leaders urging them to include the USS Frank E. Evans Act in this year's National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). The bill would require the names of sailors lost aboard the USS Frank E. Evans--which sank 50 years ago this year--to be ad . . .
