WASHINGTON, Sept. 10 -- The North American Securities Administrators Association issued the following news release:

New Jersey Securities Bureau Chief Christopher W. Gerold today began a one-year term after having been elected the 102st president of the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA), the oldest international organization devoted to investor protection and responsible capital formation.
