WASHINGTON, Sept. 10 -- Rep. Mark Takano, D-California, issued the following statement on the Veterans Affairs Department's decision to break with the California State Approving Agency for Veterans Education tasked with looking for fraud, waste and abuse at institutions that enroll student veterans:
