LEESBURG, Virginia, Sept. 9 -- Loudoun County's Parks, Recreation and Community Services issued the following news:
Loudoun County Public Library (LCPL) is seeking public input for its strategic planning process. All Loudoun residents are invited to take an online survey at library.loudoun.gov/survey. The survey is a key part of the process that will help determine infrastructure needs as well as services the library will offer in the next three to five years.
