WASHINGTON, Sept. 5 -- Rep. Mike Bost, R-Illinois, issued the following news release:
U.S. Representative Mike Bost today announced a Federal Highway Administration Emergency Relief Program grant of $4 million for the Illinois Department of Transportation.
The grant will be used to help repair roads and bridges damaged by flooding in several Illinois counties, including Alexander, Jackson, Madison, Monroe, Randolph, St. Clair, and Union counties.
