WASHINGTON, Sept. 4 -- Rep. Lauren Underwood, D-Illinois, chair of the House Homeland Security Committee, issued the following statement on a report released from Health and Human Services Inspector General that details the post-traumatic stress and mental health problems incurred by migrant children separated from their parents at the U.S.-Mexico border:
