LINCOLN, Nebraska, Sept. 4 -- Rep. Jeff Fortenberry, R-Nebraska, issued the following statement after the Federal Trade Commission announced that Google and its subsidiary YouTube would pay a record $170 million to settle allegations by the FTC and the New York Attorney General that YouTube illegally collected personal data on children without parental consent:
